We are, quite simply, your personal chef! At our core, we are a team of health-conscious entrepreneurs, professional chefs, and nutritionists dedicated to making healthy eating more convenient. We deliver fresh, nutrient-rich, delicious meals twice a week. By providing great-tasting food and incredible convenience, we do all of the work for you. No calorie counting, carb-tracking, food journals, shopping, cooking, or dirty dishes.
Our process is simple: Pick your plan and we will cook the meals on the weekly rotation and deliver them to you.
We’re your personal chef, your grocery shopper, recipe maker, and dishwasher all wrapped in one. All you have to do is eat!
Absolutely! In the ‘Member’s login’, go under “Subscriptions’ and you will be able to suspend your subscription there.

Why is there a sign-up fee?
We are extremely commited in bringing the best for the least. As such we try and keep our food as affordable as we can, and that means keeping delivery costs low for us and free for you!
This is a refundable fee that acts as an incentive to encourage you to put the ice packs + cooler bags outside for the delivery driver to pick up at the end of each week.
How do I get the refund?
If you choose to end or pause your subscription, and as long as you have returned all the bags + ice packs, you can email us at [email protected] and we will refund you right away!
How do I return the last set of bags?
You can either drop it off at our office (Suite 301A, 175 Longwood Rd S, Hamilton, ON) during business hours, drop it at the kitchen (811 King St E, Hamilton, ON) or mail it to either of the addresses!

Currently, we cannot serve people with soy, or nut allergies. We are working on a menu, and will be sure to notify you the moment we made so make sure to subscribe to our e-mail letters!

All house deliveries are around 12-9 pm on Sunday
How much does it cost?
I live outside the border, can I still order?
We can always make something work, email us at [email protected] and we will do our best to help you out.
All the meals are packaged in microwave-safe containers, which are in turn placed in a cooler bag to transport.
If you are home, we will hand the meals out in a plastic bag, otherwise we will leave the cooler bag outside your door.
There is no signature required for pick-up, so if anybody else in your house is home we will just pass the package on to them.
Otherwise, we will leave the cooler bag outside your house or with a concierge
Yep! All the containers are 100% recyclable.
If you got a bag, it means you weren’t home to pick the meals up last time. Leave it out on the next day of delivery and we will pick it up.
